HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Depending on availability and shipping address, purchases may be made either directly through Boutallion.com or through the assistance of our online personal shoppers. You can contact us via email at sales@boutallion.com. Our Client Assistants are available from Monday through Saturday, between 9 AM and 9 PM (CET).

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

 

We use Italian sizing for all of our items, as our products are all assembled in Italy. On the product page you will find a link to our Size Guide to help you match the size displayed online to the one you usually wear.

Where an item runs small or large to size, this will also be identified in the item description. Should you have any doubts before you purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. 


 

HOW DO I KNOW IF A PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE AND HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

All our displayed prices are VAT included.

 

WHICH SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AND WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?


We offer free express shipping with all orders (except for those delivered with the Saturday delivery option). From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, we deliver in 4-5 business days. All orders are processed Monday through Saturday (Saturday only where the service is available and has been selected), excluding Sunday and holidays. Boutallion cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control.

 

WHERE DOES BOUTALLION.COM SHIP TO?


Deliveries are guaranteed and free of charge in all 95 countries which we ship to. If the restriction guidelines change for one or more shipping areas, you will be informed at the checkout or afterwards by our Sales Team. 

 

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

 

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address, they are no longer covered by our insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box from the courier.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?


Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details, which will include a link to track your order through the carrier.

 

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic our delivery times may vary from 2-3 business days up to 4-8 business days from the date of the purchase depending on the country. Boutallion cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control. All shipments are free of charge.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?


You can use the free return label provided with each shipment to return your purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
Merchandise that has personalized, been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted as return. Please note that we don’t accept returns if the ‘Do Not Remove Tag’ is removed/forced or damaged.

Boutallion reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Boutallion’s sole discretion.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN PRODUCT?


If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, you may request a free return within 14 days from delivery of the items.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ISSUE A REFUND?

 

Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns to Boutallion.com are processed within 14 days of receipt of the notification of the Client’s cancellation of the order or of the returned merchandise, whichever is later. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your return has been processed and your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.

All of our 18k-Gold diamond buttons come with official certificates.
