 I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD: WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

Simply follow the 'Forgot your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address which you have created your Boutallion Account with. You will receive an e-mail to reset your password with.

All products displayed in our online shop are directly available for shipment. We kindly request you to contact our Sales Team sales@boutallion.com, if you are interested in the availability and delivery time of sizes that are no longer in stock.

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

 

We use Italian sizing for all of our items, as our products are all assembled in Italy. On the product page you will find a link to our Size Guide to help you match the size displayed online to the one you usually wear.

Where an item runs small or large to size, this will also be identified in the item description. Should you have any doubts before you purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.

HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?


You can use the free return label provided with each shipment to return your purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
Merchandise that has personalized, been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted as return. Please note that we don’t accept returns if the ‘Do Not Remove Tag’ is removed/forced or damaged.

Boutallion reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Boutallion’s sole discretion.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN PRODUCT?


If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, you may request a free return within 14 days from delivery of the items.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ISSUE A REFUND?

 

Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns to Boutallion.com are processed within 14 days of receipt of the notification of the Client’s cancellation of the order or of the returned merchandise, whichever is later. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your return has been processed and your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.

 

HOW DO I KNOW THE DIAMONDS AUTHENTICITY?

All of our 18k-Gold diamond buttons come with official certificates.

At Boutallion, you are shopping pieces from the most luxurious fabrics and jewellery, expertly curated for you by our team.

 Prices are determined by the types of fabrics and jewellery, therefore the price of the item may vary depending on the options you choose. You can customize your item with high-end jewellery.

WHICH CURRENCIES CAN YOU SHOP IN? 


Boutallion is an European brand and manufactured in our atelier in Italy, the default currency that you shop is in Euros. You can also select the currency you shop in from the top menu.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

RETURNS PROCESS

Your returned item must arrive at the Boutallion atelier no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you send the package within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives within 14 days.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PACKAGE?

Prepare your package with the returns documents enclosed in your order. Here’s how:

  1. Attach the Return Label, and a signed Return Note if you received one, to the outside of your Boutallion box.
  2. Place any unwanted items with all original packaging inside the Boutallion box.
  3.  Keep a copy of the Return Label, as you can check the delivery status of your parcel with our carrier using the tracking number provided.
WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?

Your debit card or PayPal account, will be charged right upon placing your order.

Boutallion only charges your credit card once your order is ready for shipment. Please note that the full amount might be pre-authorised on your credit card by your Bank.

WILL MY PERSONAL DETAILS STAY SAFE?

We keep your personal data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted to. For further details, please see the Boutallion Privacy Policy.

IS VAT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

All prices are VAT included.

CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

You can contact our Customer Service team in order to delete your account.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details, which will include a link to track your order through the carrier.
Tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be provided. You can also follow its journey by heading to 'My Orders' in your account.
