HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
At Boutallion, Shipping is always free unless otherwise stated at checkout.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Delivery can take 2-3 business days up to 4-6 business days from the date of the purchase depending on the country.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you the Tracking Number for your package by email. You can also follow the delivery online through the Track Your Order page. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order is on its way to you.

Please note that the Tracking Number will be activated within 24 hours from when the order is dispatched, therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment. We kindly ask you to check back the following day.

DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL PACKAGING?
All our orders are shipped in our signature Boutallion packaging and placed in a discreet cardboard box.

If you're purchasing a gift, flag "This is a Gift" at checkout, before entering the delivery address.
Your order will be elegantly presented in our signature packaging. You can add a personal message if you wish.
Gift orders can be shipped directly to the receiver, as prices will not be visible.
CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM GIFTED TO ME BY SOMEONE ELSE?
Gifts might be returned with the original receipt.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
Refunds are processed approximately three (5) business days. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on Boutallion.com. If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. Be aware that the refund date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment. If you paid by PayPal (where available), refunds will be credited to your PayPal account. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS FINAL SALE OR NON-RETURNABLE. All of our products come with an identification tag with a disposable seal. Please try your item on before removing the tag and seal, since we do not accept returns once the disposable seal has been removed, broken or damaged in any way.
