WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
At Boutallion we offer a 14 days return policy from the delivery of your order.

Note that products sealed for hygienic purposes, which are opened, are not eligible for returns. All of our products come with an identification tag with a disposable seal. Please try your item on before removing the tag and seal, since we do not accept returns once the disposable seal has been removed, broken or damaged in any way. Personalized items might not be returned.
HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
Any items purchased on Boutalion.com can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Fill out the ‘return form’ enclosed with your package and include it in the original box with the unused items for refund. Items returned should be placed in the original order box received, in perfect condition, only worn for fitting purposes. All items must be returned in their original packaging, with seals intact, security tags and labels attached, and including instruction booklets and receipts.

The Return Label received should be attached on your parcel, outside the box before depositing it at a post office.

NOTE: Boutallion does not charge any return shipping costs for purchases above €2000. Shipping costs for returns will only be charged when the initial purchase is below €2000.

Boutallion does not accept any liability for loss or damages.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Items can be exchanged. Please note all additional shipping costs are charged to the customer for any product exchanges for items purchased on the Boutallion.com website.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE ISSUED?
Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed.
ARE DELIVERY CHARGES REFUNDABLE?
Shipping costs are not refunded in case of article exchanges or returns.
CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM GIFTED TO ME BY SOMEONE ELSE?
Gifts may be returned with the original receipt when meeting the return conditions mentioned above.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
Refunds are processed in approximately 3 - 5 business days.

Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on Boutallion.com. Refund processing times depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. Be aware that the refund date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment. If you paid by PayPal (where available), refunds will be credited to your PayPal account. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM?
All products are inspected before delivery to guarantee no faults or damages. However, if you believe your order has been damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care team, support@boutallion.com.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG SIZE/PRODUCT?
Products received wrongly can be exchanged with the correct item or returned.
HELP! I'VE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND?
Note that refunds might take up to 14 days to be processed and may vary on the payment method used. For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for purchase. For questions please contact our Customer Care team, support@boutallion.com.
HOW LONG WILL THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER TAKE?
All products are shipped with Express & Tracked Delivery by DHL. All shipping times are depending on the country of delivery. Expected delivery times are as follows: - UK / Europe - delivery within 2-3 business days - USA - delivery within 2-3 business days - Rest of the World - within 3 -5 business days.
